Cloud solving not working with Educational License

As per my screenshot attached. I have the educational license showing I have the access to cloud based solving of simulations and generative design. I have just tested few simple generative designs in the past few days. Today I tried rerunning a design because of few changes I was unable to send it to the cloud. The same comes up with simple beam simulations as well. It shows me that the task is ready to be sent to the cloud, but the Solve-button is greyed out, same with generative tasks.
