Cloud Render Not working, but local render does work.

The cloud Render Feature on my model keeps crashing. Each time I create a render and tell it to render on the cloud, the system starts normally, says how long it will take, charges me cloud credits, but then after about 10 minutes comes back with an error. Local renders still work fine. But I really need the cloud rending capabilities to get the photo realistic renders my start up requires. Please help!

 

I'm using a macBook Pro 2013, so only using local render really isn't an option. also I have 100 Cloud credits !

Hi,

 

When you get the error, what does it say? A screenshot is helpful.

 

Also, while I know it may take resources from your computer, I'm curious if there is any other technical reason local renders can't be used while we figure this out? Local vs. Cloud render provides the same level of control and quality, or at least it should. Please let me know if that's not possible.
