Cloud credits missing. Token rip-off

I just discovered today.My 350-400 cloud credits disappeared from my account and now I'm forced to buy the so called tokens at x3 the price. What a rip-off.  I wasn't even notified about the price increase.Kind of like scam! Really pissed!

 

On the other hand you have an attached glitch with every update.  

 

Maybe it's time to look for another more reliable software.

Have you tried to contact support directly to solve the issue?

I would assume that if you have proof that you have bought tokens, then they will be able to solve the problem.

I did contact them, and they are working on it. The problem is that I found out about the missing credits when I need them. Waisted 2 hours of contacting customer support and looking into my account. In the end I had to buy what's now tokens at 3x the price, so I can get back and finish my work. 

 

It's just very frustrating to deal with all sorts of issues all the time with Fusion.

I do see your frustration and the struggle you are facing.

Fusion has been around for almost 10 years, which is relatively recent comparing to other CAD software.

I would say it is a tradeoff that you pay way less than other software, but at the same time you do not get the same efficiency. As sad as it sounds.

 

Nevertheless, I hope your issue gets fixed as soon as possible.

i had over 500 go missing and they paid me back and gave me extra bc i had to buy the extension for two months that i use and today i just went to use said extension that i used 2 days ago and found out over 1000 have now been deleted this time. on the phone with india fusion 360 customer suuport right now going nowhere bc i cant understand what shes saying. love it

So true - I had 1200 credits and they've all been taken away . Every time I complain they simply ask if I have proof of purchasing flex tokens and ignore the obvious point which is of course that they have fiddled everyone and tried to force us to spend more money - I for one will be leaving Autodesk . The last straw this is !

Were your tokens over 12 months old as they only last a year before you have to buy more.

 

Wow I just worked it out $425 AU 100 tokens will give me 12.5 days of inventor that means, I would have to buy it  29.2 times to use it for 1 year on small credits, you would pay $12,537.5 AU a year for inventor on Flex tokens...😮

Appears that the tokens now have 1 year shelf life and the credits did not. Why Autodesk didn't think about users with old currency running into a problem? Not sure who can answer that. 

To me if you rise prices 3x times the features that we buy should be 3x better. The Nest and Fabrication that I use is a bit better, but not near where it needs to be. It still crashes and takes forever to produce a nest.

Autodesk just zeroed my Cloud tokens account, because the tokens was bought one year ago. As a consequence, I had to buy new tokens. Autodesk must be making a lot of money on this. #Don't be evil🙏
