Cloud assets or CAM tool libraries are missing in Fusion 360

I cannot upload tools or share my tools through the cloud. 

I don't have an asset folder, nor a cloud folder available. Please help!

In Preferences (click your name at top right), under General > CAM you need to check Enable Cloud Libraries.

that case is inside "manufacture" me too had troubles to find that option!

I have never had issues with my tool library not loading. Today I changed the name of my tool library and after that it turns red and says " Failed to load Library" . Not sure what i need to do to get it all back. Please help.

Did you change the name of the top level Cloud folder, or one of the sub folders? Have you logged out and back into Fusion? What did you change the name to?
