Click on edge for length/radius not working

Noticed today when I click on a model edge it no longer gives me the info for that selection.. There is a new Autodesk icon there for help but when I click on a model edge that disappears but edge info doesn't show... any ideas??

just as a quick check, can you check the state of the option for this?

This is an issue I have been experiencing for a while, which I have also posted about here. If no resolution is found, a simple (though very annoying) workaround that works for me is to select a different face or point first, then select the edge you actually want to measure. Another workaround that works for me is to simple make the window smaller. Finally, you can also use the "Measure" tool, which is less convenient in many cases, but of course provides much more information.

That is checked, i even tried to uncheck and re-check with no better results..
