circles exported as DXF appear as faceted holes/line segments

I've read through many similar questions here, but haven't nailed this down yet. The specifics:

I'm working with a file provided by a graphic designer. It's essentially a rectangle with many, many holes. The file was created in Illustrator, exported as .DXF, and sent to me. When I open it in AutoCAD or Sketchup, the holes render as faceted circles- hundreds of line segments in AutoCAD, dozens in Sketchup. When I open the same file in Fusion, the holes appear to be true round circles (or two half semi circles, but smooth).

Great!

BUT- When I save the fusion file, export as a new .DXF, and send to the laser cutting company, it shows as very low res "circles"- less than 20 line segments.

Does anyone know how I can get around this? The laser software gives a big "hell no" to a circle with hundreds of tiny line segments, so I need to figure out how to preserve the circles as true circles in one of their (laser company) accepted formats, ideally .DXF.

Thanks for any and all help here!

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
