Circles along a closed path

I am not sure really how to describe this. I am trying to create templates for string art. I have designed the pattern outline, and now need a way to space circles to represent nail heads along the path line. Is there a way to auto-do this or is it something I have to measure out and do by hand?

ETA: Fusion 360 is what I am using

There's no option for this in a sketch but there is pattern on path on the create menu for bodies. You'd need to create a cylinder at the start point of the path then pattern the cylinder.

This is just a simple beaker I was doing. I was trying to get the "nail spaces" at like 1/4 inch intervals along the outline.

Where are your sketch dimensions?

Did you intend for these arcs to be Tangent?
