Chat With an Expert not working?

I've tried using the Chat feature in Fusion a couple times today and it just sits at the "Give us a minute while we find someone" message. No change after 15-20 minutes each time.

@matthewpeterson418 is there an issue (that you are dealing with) that hasn't been addressed on the forums? Link to it and if it's in my domain of knowledge I'll try to assist.
