Changing parameter breaks dimensions defined through a function

Attached is the project file.

Changing the wall_thickness parameter will cause the failure of all the dimensions that are defined by functions that uses that parameter. Changing the value back to what it was does not fix the issue either.

You had some crossed up parameters in Sketch 3.  You can change parameters now but I do not know how your a constraining your sketches so the resulting bodies, 10 and 15 degree, do not stay in the same position.  You can fix that I hope.  Model is attached.

May I ask what exactly was wrong with it and also why a lot of those parameters remain red even when there is nothing wrong with them?
