Changed from paid to personal, lost access to previous designs

I have been using Fusion 360 for personal projects for several years.  In 2020 I did a commercial project, so I upgraded to a paid subscription.  The project ended, so I went back to a personal license in 2022.  Now the project folder I have been using all along ("My First Project") is only Basic Access, so I can't work on any project I have ever done in Fusion 360.  I am clueless regarding how to proceed.  I tried to submit an issue to customer service online, but got a message that I don't have access to this option.

I am able to create and edit new projects (up to 10 at a time) in a Demo Project folder, but to have to start over on years worth of work would be a real bummer!  I can still view old projects--is there a way to copy them as needed into a folder that I can edit in?  That would be a pain, but better than nothing.  All I want is to be able to work on the personal projects I did before I got my paid subscription.

Has anybody else had an issue like this?
