Change Parameters window not opening

This morning after updating Fusion 360 I installed Parameter I/O to pull parameters from one project to another. I went to open my parameters after importing them and the change parameters window wouldn't open. I turned off the Parameter I/O add-in and the window still won't open. I'll continue to work without parameters for the time being but it is inconvenient and slows my workflow.

Have you tried restarting Fusion with Parameter I/O not set to run on startup?

If that fails, you could try using Reset to Default Layout on the File>View menu. This brings all the dialog boxes back to their default layout.

It is. I'm able to import and export parameters between my projects.
