Hello,
I am using Fusion 360 in Design class at my school and have downloaded it now on to my personal computer to work on assignments at home. I went to the https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software page, clicked on Fusion 360 / download under Autodesk software for students, ...., and came to the site that said Get a free 3-year education license and signed in with the student ID that we set up for me at school. It then said "You’ve obtained access to this product" and I clicked on a tab that said download the software. After the download completed, I installed the software and signed in with my username & password and Fusion 360 opened as a trial version and there is no way I can change it to the 3 year student license. When I go to manage downloads & products and click on the All Products & Services tab, only Storage Free is listed. Under trials, Fusion 360 and 30 days left is listed. I also never received an email with serial number and activation code. This makes me think that my account is not set up correctly as a student account. How can receive the 3 year license? Is it possible to change my account to a student account or do I need to delete my account and set up a new account with my school email (same as I use right now) as a student account? I am confused. Please help!
Thank you!
