Change color/display size or text displayed when limit joints?

Is there a way to change the color and/or text size when displaying limit joint values?.
I'm trying to set the right/left limit of a cylindrical joint, and the text is almost invisible for me (I'm slightly color blind.)
Can you see the units as in the small screenshot from below?

No, the size is unfortunately proportional to the zoom level, if you zoom out, it get a little larger, zoom in and it gets a little smaller.  It would be nice to be a constant size so you could zoom up on it but no.  I would suggest you use a screen magnification application to zoom in to see these values such as Virtual Magnifying Glass or one of your computer magnifying applications.  Also, the color of the numbers cannot be changed either.

... but still for me, sometimes the color of the background and the color of the font makes me the numbers invisible due to my partial color blindness.

Using a magnifying glass not always help, due to pixelization in other hand.
