Fusion
I would like to create a chamfer or slope where the red line is, and the drawing to the right. I cannot figure out how to accomplish this. Any advice?

Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

If the chamfer tool will not do what you want then sketch the little red triangle on an intersecting plane coincident to the inside edge of the circle and revolve.
