CB_URF, CB_RNJ, Unable to Synchronize Account in Fusion

A teacher put in an IT Helpdesk ticket in our school district for a student in his class that is getting errors when he tries to join a team or start a project in Autodesk Fusion.  The errors he receives are:

 

CB_URF - We are unable to synchronize your projects.

CB_RNJ - Response is not a JSON

 

We have tried to delete the student's account and recreate it.  We have tried to unassign the license and reassign it to him.  We have also tried having the student log in to multiple laptops.  The student can log in to the program as well as Autodesk.com.  I have tried chat troubleshooting with Autodesk a couple of times and they are unable to resolve the issue.  There is an open case for it, but the student cannot do any work.  If the student waits any longer they will be behind the rest of the class.

 

Does anyone know what can be done to solve this issue?
