Cant save file. "Newer Version of design available"

This is the second file I have had do this in 2 days. The "add description" dialogue box appears different than it normally does and won't actually let me hit ok to save. I can still save as normal in other files. 

 

There is no newer version than the one I'm working in. I have tried clearing my "Q" folder and the UploadQueuedFileList.xml  in case the file is stuck in the queue as is recommended on the Autodesk Website. I also made sure that me license is up to date.
