cant open fusion

i have a new install and after i try to open fusion it said its not responding then it has a box saying there is issues

I don’t know what UI is but it is saying log in issue and at the bottom  it says connection issue

Can’t you open fusion with out internet

Can you please try the below? 

  1. Close Fusion
  2. Go to  C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Identity Services\idservices.db

Can you delete the idervices.db file and then restart Fusion?

@donaldkaiser47 Its likely you have those as hidden folders. Do a google search to show hidden folders in Windows and you should see it.

I got in the program but it’s on a free trial and I have a hobbyist account that don’t expire until December of this year

@donaldkaiser47 Glad you are able to launch now. Can you confirm that you are using the same email ID/account used to register for the hobby account? Can you send me the email ID used in a direct message?
