Cant login to Fusion 360 on pc

Have been using 360 for last 2 or 3 years with the free version. Haven't done much with it over last 10 months now I suppose.. Trying to get back at some projects again and finding Im having issues opening the app on my PC. Ive got the app on my PC as well as a laptop. Ive logged out of the laptop (I believe the program was working fine from there) and trying to jump in on my pc. The initial window opens but then says its having issues opening and gives a link to instructions on how to RESET the app. Unfortunately while following the instructions and going into the apps list and finding autodesk it doesnt give me the option to "change" and thus cant reset. Can or should I update this app? or uninstall it? If so can I still get a free version as Ive had for some time now? I have lots of projects on this that I dont want to lose!
