Cant load my projects and have it says that my server connection is insecure

hello have had som problems with fusion the last days, i cant open most of my projects. i have 2 projects that i can open and its the ones that i most recently made changes on, i also have problem on startup where the file recovery pops up and if i press it it lags out and i have to wait for a couple of minutes and then i can close it. now if i try to open one of the projects that doesent work it just loads for a bit and it freezes and the an error pops up where it says couldnt download file. this all started the same time as the warning for a insecure network connection popped up.

things ive tried, i have tried disabling the popup of insecure connection, disabling the firewall, scanning for malware,i have tried to log in on another computer and i could acces my projects from that computer, i have changed the DNS to 8888 and 8844. i have also tried to reinstall fusion and nothing helps it just does the exact same

Hi,

We identified an issue recently that might be related to your experience that is now fixed. Can you try these steps and let me know if it helps?

1. Restart Fusion 360

2. Try your workflow again

Thanks,

That's great to hear.

I have a small request. It turns out your log files might help diagnose the root cause. If you have a few minutes, please gather your Fusion 360 log files from Help > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log files. This will produce a zip file you can email to me at phil dot eichmiller at autodesk dot com.

Please refer to this post in your email so I can track it properly. Thanks in advance for your help!
