Cant Highlight Appearance text.

You cant select the text in the appearance search bar. If you try to drag to highlight the menu closes and if you try to double click nothing happens.

I cannot replicate this issue and suspect that is a Graphics Issue on your system.  Try selecting a different Graphics Driver from the Fusion Preferences and/or make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date.  Be sure you know, Fusion will have to restart if you change Graphic Drivers so be sure to Save.

From your video, your Appearance dialog is floating and you may released your mouse out of the dialog. You can show the fully dialog by clicking the arrow icon and it should be working for you.

That works thank you, wish you could double-click or did not have to have
the window unpinneed though.

You can drag the panel and let it not snaps to the right side of the window. It will not auto-hide the panel later.
