cant go online no matter what

I get this exact problem
"When trying to launch Fusion 360 the following error message appears:
Cannot switch to online mode either. Please check your internet connection. Application will exit now. "
I do have internet and I have tried all of these posts sulutions(see links below) and none of them help, I have tried windows safemode with networking, I dont use proxy and have tried purging autodesk from my computer and reinstalling fusion but nothing helps. I might be doing something very simple wrong but after a week of on and off troubleshooting I need to ask for help.
I have attached a couple of logs but I'm unsure if they are the right ones.
