Cant get logged in anymore.

Not sure what has happened, but i can login to fusion 360. it keeps asking to verify my account. This account is a few years old and has already been verified via the email link. I was working about 3 or 4 weeks ago, the one day just stopped working. I'm able to login to my account via the web page and i have tried different computers and uninstalling and reinstalling the program. When i put in a support request via the web page i was told to come here for help. Please help.

Thanks for posting - I am sorry to hear that you are unable to log into Fusion 360. I had a look at your account and it does appear that you have an active Student license.

 

Are you receiving any error messages when trying to sign in? Please begin troubleshooting by working through the procedure in this article - this may allow you to access Fusion.

 

If this does not work, please try uninstalling Fusion 360 and installing it as an Admin, as described below:

  1. Cleanly uninstall Fusion 360 (use the Fusion 360 uninstaller tool).
  2. Disable antivirus software.
  3. Re-download the Fusion 360 installer from the website (use the 30 day trial download - once you log in, the version will switch over to the correct licensed version for you subscription)
  4. For Windows users, right click and run the Fusion 360 installer as administrator. For Mac users, run the installer as normal.

I cant get logged in at all. On the website i can login to my account fine. So i know my user name and password are fine. On the fusion 360 software after i enter my username and password i get a Verification Required notice. (not sure why i verified my email years ago) If i hit the get verification button i never get a e-mail. (yes i have make sure its not in my junk email folder). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software using admin rights and make sure the file was not "Blocked" in windows file properties after i downloaded. No A/V is stopping this or any firewall. I have tried this on a few different computers and all give me the same problem. Seems to me that my problem is on your end. Any other ideas?

Thank you for the response - I am sorry to hear that my previous suggestions did not help.

 

Would you mind sending me a direct message with the email address you are using in it? I can reach out to the Accounts team to see if anything on our end is blocking the email.

 

If you are using a company email address, it is possible that the email is being blocked before getting to you. Please reach out to your IT department to ensure that the noreply@mail.accounts.autodesk.com email address is whitelisted by the email server to make sure this is not the case.

Thanks for posting! I believe our Accounts team has been able to verify your email address on our end - your account should now be verified and Fusion 360 should be accessible. Please let me know if you continue to experience any problems.
