Cant get Fusion 360 to launch

Hello, I have been fighting with fusion all day. I did a clean uninstall using the "special" tool. Restarted, then reinstalled fusion. I have done this loop about 8 times now. I even did a complete reinstall of Windows 10 No change. I disabled firewall etc nothing. Updated both windows and graphics card to updated drivers and nothing. Using only one monitor and this is a desktop. The monitor is plugged into the graphics card. The Graphics card is an Nvidia GTX980.

Running windows 10 pro version 1909 Build 1836.997

I have attached the one log file I could find.

Hope someone can help. Thank you kind person in advance.

Take a look at this article to locate the Fusion 360 log files.  You probably would like to look at and post the logs is list 1 but maybe list 3.  These folders are hidden folders in Windows.

Are you using a Proxy Server in your Windows configuration?  Go to Settings, search for Proxy Settings and see, if so turn it off.

I am still concerned that your log files still mention that you are using a Windows proxy server.  On the setting page, under proxy settings you should not have anything about using a proxy server in any of the settings, on the whole page, set to ON.  I cannot capture the entire page, it is too large, but you can look at yours for yourself.  In my log files I do not see any mention that I am using a proxy but the line below shows information about out in your logs.

If this is not the fix, then I am out of guesses and someone else will need to help you out.  If you do not get a response to this thread, create a new one with a different title and post again to get a fresh start.
