Cant connect to internet

I have been having connectivity issues with F360 (cant connect to network) so today I un and reinstalled F360 now upon start up I get the attached error (cant connect and need to be signed into fusion account) then fusion closes down if I click OK ! help please!!f360.JPG

@chrisng5VBMY Couple of basic requests before we dig deep into what is happening. Likely this is a network issue were a firewall or a proxy is not letting Fusion connect through. 

1. Can you start with a restart of the machine and see if that addresses the issue? 
2. Reset your internet router to see if that fixes the problem? 

If none of this works , can you collect the logs per the below?

1. Close Fusion
2. Go to add/remove programs
3. Select Autodesk Fusion – Modify
4. This will launch the service utility
5. First run the Reset Fusion
6. Now launch Fusion and you will go through the sign in problem
7. Go back to the service utility
8. Gather System info
9. This will generate to zip files
