Cannot use Fusion 360 after I've changed my email

I'm experiencing the issue related here in this support article and I've gone through all of it's troubleshooting steps, and I'm still having an issue after I've changed my email. I cannot change the email back to what it was before because I don't have access to the email in question. What can I do? I haven't been able to access Fusion since this issue arose.

Attached are the specific error messages I'm seeing on launching Fusion

That does nothing for me? I know how to change my email, it's just that I don't have access to the email my account was previously under, so it wouldn't do anything for me. I fail to see how this helps my situation.

To my understanding, the link I sent you will change the email associated with your Autodesk Account.  This will change your Autodesk ID and, if you change it your password, that you use to access all applications including Fusion 360.  Have you done this process?  You have to do it sometime as your old email is no good.  After you do it, according to what it says, you should be able to open Fusion 360, log out and then log in with your new Autodesk ID.  I am not going to screw with my account to prove my point but you really have everything to gain by following the process.

Perhaps I wasn't clear. I had an old email linked to my autodesk acct that I no longer have access to. About a week ago I changed the email address linked to one that I do have access to. and since I changed it to the new email, I haven't been able to use Fusion. It's given me that error. I fail to see how changing my email linked to autodesk (which is what I understand you're asking me to do) will help.
