Cannot start after update

I was notified of an update yesterday so I installed it.  Now Fusion 360 cannot start up.  It gets the splash screen which shows a progress bar, which stops at "Loading additional modules", and a blank white window, then nothing more happens. 

I have uninstalled and re-installed and it still freezes at the same point.

Are there log files that might indicate what's wrong?   Or can I delete cached files or something to get it working again?

Running on Windows 11, AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, NVidia GeForce RTX 4070

@lhfFKLVG @Can you please do the following. ?

 

1. Restart machine 

2. Go to add/remove programs 

3. Select Fusion - modify 

This will launch the Fusion service utility 

4. Run the gather system info 

5. This will generate two zip files 

 

Attach them here please.

The Modify panel appears for a few seconds then closes, before I can do anything with it.

Fixed it; uninstalled and deleted the .../AppData/Roaming/Autodesk directory then reinstalled it.
