Cannot Renew Personal License

Hi,

 

I have tried to follow the guide here: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-t...

 

However, I always get stuck at the page below and clicking "Next" does nothing.

 

Greatly appreciate the help, thanks!

We are rapidly working on fixing the web page. I will send an update once it is fully functioning again. Apologies for the inconvenience.

 

In the meantime, if you need to Sign Up or Renew can you send me an email to james.youmatz@autodesk.com including the email address associated with your Autodesk Account? I will manually apply the personal use license.
