Cannot open the latest version of file every time I open it on Fusion 360 online

Every time I try to open a file, I get an error message that Fusion 360 "cannot open the latest version of [name of file] because it is not yet available," forcing me to return to a previous version and revert a certain amount of changes every time. I cannot open or save the latest version. The screen also freezes and doesn't allow me to select anything other than the "Open Previous" button. I am using Fusion 360 online (in the browser).

Please, how do I solve this issue or stop it from arising in the first place? Thank you!

@ethanabelev Few questions:

1. Do you switch between multiple machines?
2. If iso on either one of the machines can you go into the Job status (the clock icon on the far right) and check to see if there are any files stuck in the upload queue?
3. Would also like to collect your log files (on one or multiple machines if you are running multiple) to see if that can give us more data.

How to collect log file is Go to Help- Support and diagnostics- Get diagnostic logs - this will generate a zip that you can attach here.

@RajkumarIlanchelian Hi, thank you for your patience. I did not switch between multiple machines and my job status is, and always has been, empty. I don't understand how to collect diagnostic logs, as I do not have Support and Diagnostics under my Help tab, nor any diagnostic options. Note: I am using the online version.

@ethanabelev Ok. I am trying to think how to go about to collect the logs for online because currently it is not straightforward.

1. Do you work on multiple machines?
2. For the issue that you are having is this on one design or on any design that you have?

I do not work on multiple machines. I have not recently worked on other designs so I do not know if this problem is unique to this design, but I can try creating another one to test if this is true.
