Cannot open documents, they open in browser, no editable documents

Cannot open documents, they open in browser, no editable documents

Hello,

suddenly I can not open any documents any more. Instead the browser opens and shows the document. Also the "MyEditableDocuments" tab is empty. If I go to "RecentData" I see al the documents. Some are blue and editable (they open in the browser as described). 

 

Fusion 360 2.0.17457 x86_64
Active Plan: Personal
Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (19045.3570)

 

What is going on here?

Edit: I reinstalled Fusion but the problem persists

Edit: clearing the cach does also not solve the problem

it might be happening for lots of people now - probably a bug

Thank you so much for reporting the issue. While I forwarded it for the internal teams, if it still occurs, please try to use the following workaround for now:

Editable Fusion 360 documents open on web browser instead of Fusion 360 application for personal lic...
