Cannot interact with 3d geometry

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have 2 objects I am trying to connect with wire. I created sketch 1 on the surface of the first object and drew a circle there. I created sketch 2 on the surface of another object and drew a circle.

Now I am trying to connect the centers of circles with a spline, but because I deal with 2 sketches I need to import one of the circles as 3d geometry. So

I edit sketch 1, import the circle of sketch 2 as 3d geometry and now I am trying to connect 2 dotes.

The problem is 3d geometry is not selectable. I cannot select the center of the circle.

any help?

Thank you

Turn on 3D sketch from the sketch palette. The sketch plane you are working on is planer to the face of the first object and 3D sketch is disabled. Enabling it will allow you to create non-planer objects from one to another.
