Cannot install on MACBOOK

I have been using Fusion 360 on my MacBook with a full paid license. I also us it on a PC.

Recently my MacBook version would not update. Error was regarding a lack of internet connection. This was not correct. My files were showing up fine from the cloud.

I finally decided to trying to uninstall Fusion and reinstall. Now I am getting a message "corupterror:database disk image is malformed". I tried deleting the application support/autodesk folder but that has not fixed the situation.

I need to know how to actually submit a support ticket and send the log file. I cannot seem to easily find that solution.

@flyalan61 Can you give us the logs?

1. Go to launchpad

2. Run Fusion service uitlity

3. Run gather system info

4. This will generate two zip files

5. Attach the Fusiondiagnosticlogs.zip

You can also follow this article for this error. - https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Unable-to-update-F...

@flyalan61 In terms of reaching support you can do this from within the product.

Well if I could load fusion on my macbook that would be fine. But like I said I cannot so I have no way of sending that.

The only thing I have is the log file from the attempted install. I am attaching that.

@flyalan61 If you search for this error

CorruptError: database disk image is malformed on the forums, customers earlier have resolved it by by deleting the folder under the root of the user folder. Just double checking this is where the Autodesk folder was deleted?

Yes I had already searched and found those solutions. None worked.

Ultimately I created a new user with admin privledges on my macbook and imstalled it there.. That seems to have solved it for now.

@flyalan61 Glad you got it working but you mentioned that you had to give admin privileges. Did your other account where this is not working not have admin privileges?
