Cannot import IPT file into existing Fusion 360 design with paid license

After uploading, opening, and copying the IPT file in Fusion360, I cannot paste into it into an existing Fusion360 design. There is no paste option in the context menu.

I am using the paid version.

After uploading, right click and Insert .... Design.

Doesn’t have to be opened.

Might help.
