Cannot Find the Reduce Facet button to Modify Mesh

Complete novice here. I am trying to follow along on an Aug 2018 tutorial which shows how to convert an STL file to a solid body. I have downloaded an stl file for practice.   I am at the point where since the file cannot be converted to Brep because it has too many facets, one is supposed to go to Modify in the Mesh menu and select the Reduce option. I have enabled Mesh workplace preview under Preferences and turned off Capture and Design History.  I have looked every which way and cannot find the Reduce option selection.  The only menu option I see is Edit Face.  What am I doing wrong?  Or am I looking in the wrong place. Thank you all in advance.  For some reason I cannot paste a screenshot of the menu in this post so I attached a Windows snippet of a screenshot png file instead.

Hi @vinnygoodstuff,

From the attached image i can see you are looking at the wrong place.

As you may know Fusion 360 has Direct modelling and Parametric modelling.

To "Reduce" the mesh facets in Direct modelling.

From tool bar goto Mesh, under Modify dropdown you should be able to see 'Reduce'

To "Reduce" the mesh facets in Parametric modelling.

Under Create dropdown you should be able to see 'Create Mesh', In create mesh you can find 'Reduce'.
