Cannot Extrude

I've reviewed SEVERAL forums with like concerns, I cannot get the file to extrude all lines to establish a cut path.  Following other forum posts, I've tried to select the area for any 'breaks' but not finding any.  The design will be cut on a plasma table, but I've went under both solid and surface options, to trace the lines to extrude, but after spending HOURS tracing the line, when I went to establish a cut path - it wanted me to retrace.

I've tried other simpler designs with no concerns but this one has not been successful.

I can only get SOME of the design to pick-up.

I'd really appreciate any advice!

Thank you.

I have to wonder if a parametric modeler like Fusion 360 is the right tool for this job - but if using Fusion, the very first thing I would do is break this up into several simplified sketches.

For example - it would appear to me that the Design Intent is for this to be a circle, yet it clearly isn't a circle?

Leave the "circle" out of the SVG and sketch it in it's own native Fusion sketch.

Text in it's own sketch (and maybe each letter of text in a separate sketch.

Horizontal lines as, well, one single horizontal line.

Some of this would be logically geometrically simplified.

As an example I reduce this letter down to a unique sketch.

Using the divide and conquer method I find issue in this corner.

I Extend the vertical line to close the corner.

Same in this corner but Extend both... (select arc first and then the vertical line)
