Hi @jack.scolding

Are you running Mac or Windows? If you're on Windows, you could try to start Fusion "As Administrator" - Right-click on the shortcut, then choose "Run as Administrator".

Hi @jack.scolding

Alright, I've tested this on my Windows builds, and it works with no problem, so we need to try a couple of things on your end.

First thing to do is to save all of your files, close any open documents and try clearing your cache. Then restart, open Fusion and try a PDF export again.

Please let me know if this works

Just cleared the cache with no luck either. Earlier i restarted my pc and did a fresh install of fusion with the same outcome.

Hi @jack.scolding

I would suggest a clean uninstall and re-install. The clean uninstall will completely remove Fusion, which the Windows uninstaller does not do, have a look at these instructions (download of the uninstall tool in the article).

Here's a link to download Fusion, just in case

To be safe during the installation, run the installer "As Administrator", here are a few installation tips.
