Cannot export or print

Hi all,

this is my first post here so hopefully it isnt a silly question

I've just finished my first design in Fusion360 and am looking to print it however any attempt I make appears to fail.  I say it like that as Fusion360 still responds in every other was except this function
 - If I try to save as STL without clicking the 'send to 3d Print utility' nothing happens and I can no longer right click the body
 - If i do select the 'send to 3d Print utility' I get no response when clicking the folder icon to select my slicer but the window does stay open

No clue where to go from here, hoping it is a simple fix
I am currently running the free personal version

Thanks,
Shane

Please attach your model so the forum users can take a look at it for you.  If you do not know how to attach your model, open it in Fusion360, select the File menu and then choose Export and save the .F3D file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a reply forum post to attach it.

Just tried this, there is no response from the export button.  I have tried opening a different model and still nothing

What I am asking you to do has nothing to do with creating the export.  I am asking you to attach your model to your forum question so other forum users can help your troubleshoot the issue.

I do not have a file to attach. In your first reply, you gave instructions on how to export and this fails.
If there is something different that you ment I do not follow

The above is take from your first post, this is the model I am asking you to attach.  When the forum users get it they can see why it will not export.

OK, we can ignore the word export.
Fusion 360 is cloud based so the file I need to attach is not stored on my computer is my understanding, so I have nothing to attach.
You are giving such simple instructions that should be easy to follow

I know the files are stored in the cloud, that is why you open the file in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then select Export from the menu and save the file to your hard drive.  The file then can be attached to your post.  This is the method you use to extract the file from the cloud to share it.  Just follow the instructions to the letter and it will work.

Yes, that bit I understand
 - Click the 'file' drop down menu
 - select 'export'
then nothing happens, no option to save, no location to select, nothing.  I don't get an error message,  I can still edit my file or do anything else so F360 hasn't crashed.  This is the problem
