Cannot Download or view Fusion 360 Apperences

https://ibb.co/r4HmkX2 Here is a screenshot of what is going on, did a fresh install after a complete DEEP uninstall erasing all traces of previous install, and no dice. Opened firewall to allow everything temp. and that solved nothing either.

You screen capture looks just like mine and mine works normally so you need to post a Screencast so the forum users can actually see the problem.  You do not even have a model visible in you screen capture so it is hard to tell what is going on.  Also, try and select the Refresh icon indicated by the red arrow and see it it helps.

Hi,

1. Did you use one of the CLEAN UNINSTALL tools?

2. create a new system user, install Fusion there and start with the known AD account.

This can help if your user profile is broken.
