Cannot delete "In use" project

I have an obsolete project that I want to delete to avoid hitting the free version limitation. The project has been showing it is "In use by <myname>" form months now, but it has not been used. I assume there is some non-released lock on it.

How can I unlock the project so that I can delete it?

Hello Dieter,

Sorry to see this issue is affecting you.  What you see is a defect that has been in the product for a while.  There is nothing you can do at this time to fix the issue on your end.  We are in the process of fixing such issues in an upcoming release of Fusion.

Thanks

Same issue; would be great to see futher work done to the whole file management tool. The web-based tool is very slow and cumbersome when trying to create directories/folders and move around large numbers (dozens) of files. Should be more windows-explorer style experience with similar performance, ability to shift-click or similar to select multiple items to perform same function.

Hi Franck,

Your problem appears to be different from what Dieter is facing.  His issue related to old/obsolete data, whereas yours appears to be relatively new.  Your problem might be related to a recent problem in Fusion360 that has been discussed in this thread: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/design-in-use-by-132-others/m-p/9951123/highlight/....

As mentioned there, we are sorry for the issues caused and are working to remedy it.

Thanks
Gautham
