Cannot delete projects / editable documents. Getting blue ?? at the top of Data Panel

Title says it all.  I have editable documents that show up but I cannot open them or delete them, nor any other option.  Only getting blue ?? at the top of Data Panel whenever I click on them or right click.  Please advise.

Thanks for the video.  When I click or right-click to select it just gives me the two ?? as pictured in the original post.

Try navigating to your actual Project instead of trying to work in your Editable Documents folder.  Use the icon indicated in the screen capture below.
