Solved: Cannot delete Fusion360 file

Fusion will not let me delete a file, says "A version of this design has been referenced by drawings, other designs, or manufacturing-related files and cannot be deleted." This is not true as I used the replace component feature in the part it was linked to and as you can see it has no uses in anything. I have restarted Fusion and still no luck. Any help would be great.

follow linked video, created "erase me " folder in the main directory but when I do "move" can see only "my first project" hence cannot move my stuff to be erased

What to do?
