Cannot create hub after installing Fusion

Hello,

I have just installed Fusion for personal use, to try simple 3D modelling.

After installing, it asks me to make a hub, but I get the error you see on the pictures.

I cannot use Fusion at all, I always get to this result when I try to start. 

Do you have any ideas?

Sorry to hear about your problem for setting up fusion
Could you please retry login in web browser https://login.autodesk360.com/login/

& if in web browser login, hub creation still stuck then please try below steps,

Fusion is a cloud-based software that requires access to the internet. Some network configurations or user environments may prevent Fusion from connecting to the internet and contacting Autodesk web services.

Could you please Run checks provided on website Troubleshooting Network Connectivity Issues for Autodesk Fusion

Hello,

 

My Sysadmin tried everything, but nothing helped. Then I tried to register Autodesk with an other mail address, and it immediately worked.

So the problem was that Autodesk cannot coop with the my mail address I used originally.
