Cannot align bodies propery

Hi everyone, I'm having some trouble with the align tool in Fusion. I'm trying to align these two bodies on the x and y of the faces facing us in the screenshot, and normally I simply click on the selection that appears in the center of the face for both objects, but in this case the centered hole in each prevents me from clicking on that selection. In other words, as I go to select the marker that appears in the middle, the face becomes deselected and the marker disapears.  I appologize in advance if this is a simple solution, I don't have much experience with this tool 😛

Please attach your mode so the forum users can demonstrate the process.  Describing it is not going to cut it.  If you do not know how to attach your model, open it, select the File menu, then Export to your hard drive.  Then use the Attachments section on the lower part of the forum post to attach it.

The model was imported from a mesh and is full of facets.  You will have a difficult time establishing any keypoints as you go along.  In order to line up the two bodies, I turned them into components and used a sketch in each to create a Joint point.  I also turned on the timeline in my model.  Model is attached by a different name.

Excellent, thank you very much for your help. Using the joint and subsequently dissolving it worked for me to reposition the bodies.
