Solved: Cannot activate hobby license

Hi,

I try to activate the Fusion 360 hobby license, but it won't work. Currently, I have a trial license, which will end in 26 days.

I tried the following steps to activate the hobby license:

1. I opened this link

2. logged into my account, filled all required form data and clicked next

3. I waited for 30 Minutes until I downloaded Fusion 360 (because it said that it might take 30min to activate the account)

4. Then I installed Fusion 360 and logged into the application

But the trial license is still active. What else can be done to activate the hobby license?

The "Personal License" always starts after the trial phase (30 days).

Is this true. I am having trouble re-activating a personal license that I have had for over 3 years. I tried before it expired and dropped back into a trial license and have retried many times while in trial period. I don't want to come to the end of this an lose access.
I also have not seen this anywhere on their website

Even after the license is terminated, your data does not disappear immediately.
