Cannot access a project a friend shared with me

Hi

A friend shared a project with me so I can render it on my PC (on his old laptop it would take him an age) but it is not showing up on my desktop app. I can see it on my iPhone app but nothing we've tried (reinviting me, etc.) has worked.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

I can see a previous project he invited me to but not this new one.

I'm using a personal licence.

Can you have the friend Export the file?

I have absolutely no idea what that means. I thought sharing project would just share it with me? I'd rather not share the design publicly as it has the real name, of someone on it.

1. Well, it should, but is obviously not working.  Have the friend go to File>Export the file and then send you the *.3d file directly.

2. See #1.  No reason to share the design publicly.
