You are experiencing network issues when the streamer is trying to go to the internet. It seems you either are using a Proxy Server or have your Firewall, could be your anti-virus application, configured too tight. Disable your proxy server, firewall and anti-virus application during the streamer install and then turn them back on if desired. I guessing your operation system is Windows but you need to confirm.
