Can't type numbers on keypad when specifying dimension

Suddenly, when creating any shape or even just making a line, Fusion will not record any number I type on my keyboard. I can use my cursor to increase/decrease the measurement, but if I hit return key and try to enter a specific number, nothing is entered into the field despite inputing the number on my keybpard.

My question is, why is this happening all of a sudden and how can I fix this problem?

Thanks.

If you are using a Keypad, instead of the number keys at the top of the keyboard, make sure your NumLock is active.  Also you can test this by using the number keys at the top of the keyboard.

You may be a Japanase user. There is a known problem about unabling to type in numerical values on every input field with Japanase Input source. Sorry for the inconvenience and we are trying to fix it now. Currently, switching to "US International" for Input source and you should be able to type in.

Thanks,

Steven

How do I change the input source to US international?

Is it in Fusion or on the computer being used?

Thank you for your help
