Can't start Fusion 360 - Sign in failure

Freshly installed Fusion 360 personal use edition on new PC.


When attempting to start, after entering account info in web browswer, I get a long delay and the application displays a pop up "sign in failure".


I have tried the reccomended troubleshooting steps.  Disabled firewall and AV software.  Same result.  Uninstall/re-install, same result.


Fusion still starts normally on old PC so it does not appear that account statis is the problem.


Troubleshooter reccomends gathering system info (attached) and posting here.


Please help!

@philEHFPN Thank you for the logs. While we take a look at it one thing to check is in the Regkey:

1. Go to 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\

2. If you have a entry like "

Image File Execution Options

 Can you please delete it and now launch Fusion?

Just discovered the problem and solution.  The new PC's TOD clock was wrong!  For some reason it was not syncing to the time server and the clock was off by 10 hours.  Got the clock sync'd and Fusion starts properly.


Apologies for the time you wasted looking into the logs!
