Can't specify circle diameter while sketching

I remember been able to just grab the circle tool, start drawing a circle, then type the diameter I wanted it to be, but now, even when the tooltip says "Specify Circle Diameter" it just doesn't work.

As soon as I type a value, a lock shows up and my value is ignored.

Why this changed?

Do I need to change some setting?

Hi,

This is a known error when using W 7.

To do instead:

1. create Element

2. create dimension in a seperate process

Hope it gets fixed, even when it's a Windows 7 thing.

I know Fusion is saying there is no more support for Windows 7, but Fusion made me update so, I guess there will be Fusion in Windows 7 for a while still.

PS: In a separate process you mean by double clicking the measure after created, or adding Dimensions with the dimension tool, right?
