Can't sign up for Fusion 360 trial

Hi there, 

I tried to sign up for a commercial license for Fusion 360 as my company intends to use the generative design feature for R&D. However, when I complete all the fields on the website, the 'Begin Trial' button remained greyed out. Would anyone here have any idea why this might be happening?
