Can't Sign in to Fusion 360

Hello,
I know that many sign in issue have been posted in the forums i read the most of it and none worked for me .. i will tell you what is happening with me in details.
I had MacOs Sierra and everything was working normally but i upgraded to high sierra to get the most updated versions of Fusion 360 and after that update, the fusion was stuck in offline mode and i didn't find the sign out button. i read some fixing issues on the forums and they told to delete Loginstate.xml from web services folder, i did that, from that point it's showing me that " cannot connect to internet.... i will attach a screenshot" i install fusion on a windows PC (on the same Network) and its working fine.
i tried to connect to some links:
https://developer.api.autodesk.com/authentication/v1/exchange
it's giving me :

i tried to connect to links mentioned in the log files
https://ui-dls360.autodesk.com/fusion/version.txt
it's giving me

i also did a clean uninstall/reinstall of fusion as told on the forums and didn't work also
i will attach the log files with the screenshot
any help will be highly appreciated
